View & Select Your Photo(s) Immediately After Your Expedited Photo Session; Length of Your Expedited Photo Session.
We use high end professional digital cameras for your Expedited photo session. Thus, there is no long wait before seeing your photo session pictures; you view them soon after your photo session. Therefore, no photo proofs of your Expedited Portraits On Location Photo Session are placed on the Hawaiiseen.com website for your review. The length of your Expedited Photo Session is 45 minutes.

in 2-3 Days, or [under Option 2] You Can Choose At the Time of
Inquirying For An Appointment To Have Them Processed On-Site to Take
Home With You After Your Expedited Photo Session.
A portable Kodak professional photo print developer is used to make available your printed Expedited Portrait Session photo sheets. These Kodak quality prints, can be as large as an 8"x 10", but are different from those used for our Premium Portraits On Location photo prints (which are Fuji photo lab prints). The difference between utilizing portable Kodak photo sheets as opposed to Fuji lab prints makes possible a reduction in waiting-time when receiving your prints.
At the time of completing our online Photo Session Booking Form, if you choose Expedited Portraits Option 1, your photo sheets are US Postal Service Priority Mailed to you anywhere in the USA in 2-3 days (cost of this shipping & handling is including in the Expedited Photo Session Options A fee).
If you instead selected in your Client Info Form Expedited Portraits Option 2 -- your photo sheets will be processed after the photo session to take home with you. You thus have a choice in how fast you'll have your pictures in hand.
Your Kodak (glossy) prints are rendered as photo sheets: Photo sheets are untrimmed, not-cut-to-size photographs. One photo sheet is included free with your Expedited Portraits On Locations Photo Session. A photo sheet has only a single photo image type per sheet. Print sizes are:
8"x 10" (one 8 x 10 per photo sheet),
5"x 7" ( two 5 x 7 per photo sheet), and
4"x 5" (four per photo sheet).
Please be aware also that an 8 x 10 and a 4 x 5 are short rectangle coverage areas compared to the long rectangle coverage area of a 5 x 7 print -- so that a 5 x 7 long rectangle (being a long rectangle coverage area) will have more of the photographed background in the resulting print.
Additional photo sheets are $15.00 each, plus Hawaii State Tax. Expedited photo session photographs are deleted soon after the photo session, so no additional photo sheets will be available after the Expedited photo session.

The Cost of The Expedited Photo Session: Session Fee for Option 1 and
Session Fee for Option 2:If you chose an Option 1 Expedited Photo Session its cost is $70.00, the pre-deposit being $40.00 plus tax on that total $70.00. Since the tax on the Option 1 Expedited Photo Session fee [$70.00] is $3.50 -- your mail-in deposit would be $40.00 plus $3.50 -- that is, $43.50.
The remaining (Option 1) $30.00 Photo Session Balance is due on completion of your Option 1 Expedited Photo Session. Your non-refundable $43.50 deposit reserves your Option 1 Expedited photo session's date, time, & location.
If you chose an Option 2 Expedited Photo Session its cost is is $110, the pre-deposit being $70.00 plus tax on that total $110.00. Since the tax on the Option 2 Expedited Photo Session fee [$110.00] is $5.50 -- your mail-in deposit would be $70.00 plus $5.50 -- that is, $75.50.
The remaining (Option B) $40.00 Session Balance is due on completion of your Option 2
Expedited Photo Session. Your non-refundable $75.50 deposit reserves your Option 2 Expedited photo session's date, time, & location. (Your $75.50 deposit is returned however should the date you wished reserve is no longer open by the time we received your deposit, and you decided not to reserve another Expedited Portrait Session that was presently available.)

Inquirying
of An Available Date & Time For Your Expedited Portraits On

All Expedited Portraits On Location photo session dates and times are reserved on a "first deposit received, first served" basis. Thus if a certain date and time is sought by more than one would-be client, the client whose deposit is received first will have that date and time reserved for them.
When we therefore email you back that a given date and time is presently open for an Expedited Portraits session, please remember that this is not the same as a reservation of that date.
The reserving of an open photo session date in our photo session shooting schedule calendar takes place only upon receipt of your deposit.
On the business day we receive your deposit we email you that your Expedited Portraits On Location date is reserved and "locked in". This email serves as a receipt for your deposit as well as confirmation of your appointment.
If you need to change your appointment, please inform us at least 1 day before your reserved Expedited photo session appointment. Cancellations or postponements received less than 24 hours prior to your reserved Expedited photo session will forfeit your deposit as a cancellation-charge. Failure to show up at your reserved appointment time will also result in forfeiture of your deposit.
