At Hawaiiseen.com, we are proud of our scenic landscape images and take great care in packaging them for and insuring their undamaged delivery to you. When handling the prints, our staff uses considerable care. We recommend that you do the same when unpacking your delivered print and whenever you handle it. Do not have the print mounted until you are sure you want to keep it, or allow it to be handled excessively.
Our return policy is as follows:
We do not give refunds or make exchanges for prints that have been in any way damaged or worn, nor for prints that have been mounted; whether a returned print is damaged, worn, or has been mounted shall be determined solely by Hawaiiseen.com. However, an exchange will be made for a print that has in the unlikely event been damaged during its shipment out to you.
You have 30 days after you receive your print to decide whether you wish to keep it.
If during this 30-day period you are dissatisfied with your undamaged print for any reason, we will gladly exchange the print or refund its purchase price to you (less shipping and handling), upon our receiving the print back undamaged. Use the same shipping materials, or equally comparable packaging, to protect the print on its way back to us.
You must use a parcel service that has a Signature Delivery Confirmation system (the U.S. Postal Service, etc., has this) and insurance (in the event of loss or in-transit damage) when returning the undamaged print to Hawaiiseen.com, otherwise Hawaiiseen.com will not accept its delivery.
In the case of an exchange, shipping and handling of the new print back to you will be borne by us (i.e., the postage w/ Signature Delivery Confirmation attached and insurance against loss or in-transit damage).
In the case of an exchange where the new print is of a higher price than of the undamaged print returned for exchange, the customer will be charged the new print's difference. In the case of an exchange where the new print is of a lower price than the undamaged returned print, the customer will be credited the new print's difference.
In the case of a refund (or differential value exchange wherein you are being credited), you will be mailed a refund check in the appropriate amount.
The customer should keep all of his or her postal and shipping receipts.
Please fill out the Return Form Section which forms part of the Customer Invoice that accompanied your shipped order. Indicate on this Return Form Section the reason for your return or exchange. The name, address, and invoice number on this Customer Invoice will be used by us to process the refund check (and to designate to whom the refund check shall be made payable) or, in the case of an exchange, to ship out another print to you. The completed Return Form Section (as well as the entire Customer Invoice regarding that print) must accompany the returned scenic landscape image print.
